Objective
Why did we started this?
In order to pinpoint and address the issues hindering sales among Korean gamers, our research team and 2K conducted market research, surveys, focus group interviews, and other methods to identify opportunity areas for improvement and propose directions for marketing plan enhancement.
We aimed to uncover the fundamental issue and underlying challenges or barriers that hold back Korean gamers and their thought behind when it comes to buying a new game title.

Research planning to analyzing data
Started with desk research to understand the market and users, developed survey questions along with an FGI plan. We had to gather both qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable suggestions for the 2K team.
