Objective
Why did we started this?
Samsung R&D team wanted to Validate the hypothesis of proactive suggestions made by smart home appliances (AI). The research team conducted Focus group interviews and surveys with both Korean and American research participants with scenario based proactive suggestions.
Our objective was to validate needs and scenarios that users will encounter to find out best use cases with their home electronics with built in AI.
